Shipping Information

Please read our shipping policy carefully - We are still shipping throughout Covid but there may be delays due to breakouts, hotspots & with Australia post. 

Please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive and check your tracking regularly once sent from Bubify.

Orders are usually processed the following business day. We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Delivery times:

Please note that from purchase date we have between 1-3 days to ship your product out before your delivery is out. *Public holidays & Long weekend can extend the times before your order can go out so please be mindful when contacting us about your order that we strive to get your order out in 24 hours but this cannot always happen. 

Please note due to covid: If you are in any of the LGA's you must be home to collect your parcel otherwise it will be taken to a post office (This is directly from Australia Post) Please allow extra time if you are in a hotspot for your parcel to arrive. 

Free Shipping:

Jollypop offers Free Shipping for purchases over $99 with delivery times between 4-8 business days from time of dispatch for deliveries within Australia. 

Orders below $99 will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 including tracking with delivery times between 2-8 business days from time of dispatch for deliveries within Australia.

Express Shipping:

Express delivery is also available Australia wide and is charged at a flat rate of $13.50 with tracking. Delivery times are 3-7 business days from time of dispatch but this is just a estimate there may be times when the postage will take longer (possibly longer for west coast and rural locations) Express shipping in hotspots will also be delayed due to Covid, Please allow extra time and check your tracking number given to you when your parcel leaves us. 

Express Shipping note: If you have ordered over a public holiday period, long weekend or over the weekend your parcel will go out once we return on a business working day. Thank you. 

Return to sender:

If your parcel is (RTS) Return to sender from the post office, we will contact you though we will not cover the cost to send back the original order. We also do not refund returned parcels due to customers not paying the shipping cost again due to them not picking up there order unless stated otherwise. Please note: Shipping days do not include public holidays 

Lost Parcel:

If you have not received your shipment within 14 days from your time of order you must email us with a notification of the lost parcel in transit, no refunds will be given to lost parcels if we are not contacted in this time frame. 

We understand that wait times may be longer due to delays through Australia Post and apologise about this due to covid your parcel may be delayed and that is out of our hands. 

Please note: We do not refund for late parcels due to covid delays.

The delay is out of our hands & we will not be liable for the extra time for your parcel to arrive due to covid.
